How long has Tony Pauline been a draft analyst?

Tony has been providing draft commentary since 1995.  Tony has provided groundbreaking coverage for the Senior Bowl and the NFL Combine and has been one of the cutting edge draft gurus.  He has consistently provided accurate analysis and evaluations of the players far in advance of the usual rating services that only make their "picks" in the week prior to the draft.

Tony has written for Sports Illustrated, Scout, Rivals and many other media outlets.  Tony regularly appears on radio shows around the country and is getting ready to launch his show on Sirius Satellite Radio.

How can I get into the scouting industry?

Scouting takes a lot of hard work.  It requires dedication and hours of watching film.  You have to be able to break down the skillset of the players and identify their strengths and weaknesses.  This is something that cannot occur overnight.  You have to go through the process countless times and you have to make your evalutations and compare them against the best that are out there. 

What does TFY stand for?

You really don't want to know.  Tony is very secretive about how that name developed.
